I contracted TotalMovingSolutions to handle the move from London UK to Porto, Portugal. I have to say that this was the most competent removal service (after having experienced another 2), I've haver had. The team handled it flawlessly! Even last minute questions and changes, everything went smooth.

I definitely recommend TotalMovingSolutions for any international move, and definitely will keep them in my radar for whenever I will be requiring a new removal.

We needed 3 large items to be moved from Ireland to the uk. We paid what we now think is a high price. They told us on Friday that the furniture would be collected on Tuesday (4 days later) without giving a specified time. Bearing in mind they were coming to collect on a working day so not having a specific time wasn’t helpful, which meant needing to take time off but only giving 2 days notice. Delivery was another ordeal. They told us on Friday (again) that they would deliver on the following Monday. Both my partner and I have jobs so can’t arrange for time off on the Friday afternoon for the Monday. We settled with delivery after 4pm. They rang me at 2:45pm to say they were outside. I told them I’m not home. Came home at 3:55pm and they weren’t there (lack of communication here was frustrating). Texted the person appointed to contact you and his reply was ‘returning at 5 apparently ??’. Side note: this person was an avid texter and would text and ring trying to get your business but when things went awry would disappear. Someone from the company rang at 5 to say they’re stuck in a bit of traffic but on their way to you. Phoned at 5:40 to ask where they were, the reply was ‘they’ll be 25 mins’. It is now 6:30 and they’re still not here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’m not sure if they think we just lounge around with ample time on our hands and an unlimited budget to pay them, but that really isn’t the case.

We used TMS to move relocate to New Zealand and have had a first rate experience. Scott, Melissa and the Team were with us each step of the way, and able to flex to our arrangements as they changed in New Zealand. We had a few small breakages en route - nothing costly, and the insurance excess would have wiped out any recovery. So TMS offered a small in-house gesture of goodwill, which was a very decent touch at the end of an all-round excellent experience. We won't be using TMS again as we're definitely not moving to the other side of the world again (!) but would strongly recommend them.

I was moving from London to Southern Ireland and thought that this maybe something I could do myself ..... Wrong !! Not only is a move in itself daunting but the paperwork that customs require now due to BREXIT was another factor that was draining. I turned to TMS for their assistance and Scott from TMS handled everything for me and took the whole stress factor of both the move & customs away. Both James & Scott answered any questions & concerns I had and were very professional throughout the whole process. My goods were collected & delivered as promised with no issues. Thank you Scott for all your help and support throughout. If you want a company who don't cost the earth and get the job done I strongly recommend TMS given my experience with them. Thank you TMS !!

In 2024 we used Total Moving Solutions for a move from Denmark to the UK. Initially we were talking with Jason Roberts who was extremely prompt with his replies and working out our quote, we had a complex move with many moving parts and he was very patient with getting all our documents together and organising the move. James Mallett later took over and helped with the completion of the move. Both Jason and James were incredibly professional and helpful, getting through any issues as they arose very quickly.

We opted for a dedicated service for approx. 100 boxes and a three bedroom home of furniture, the total cost came to about £8,000. Although expensive, we are very happy with the service, having had bad experiences in the past with other cheaper companies for international moves. The truck packers were all really friendly and worked hard, we had zero breakages or problems. I recommend this company if you want things to go smoothly.

Sean, Matthew and Dylan were at my old home in West Wimbledon before 09:00. They were ready to leave at 11:00. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. My own packing wasn't complete, but they were happy to dive in and help me. I nearly forgot the stuff in the garage, but they barely batted an eyelid and loaded all of that in a minute or two. Their attention to detail was striking.

Just this morning, Tom and Adrian were here – before 10:00, I think. All done in just over one hour. Again, friendly and helpful. And this makes such a difference to the stressful business of moving.

The price was very good. Compared with some other estimates, it was surprisingly low – especially for the quality of work done. Really excellent, and I'd recommend TMS to anyone, wholeheartedly.

I would highly recommend Total moving solutions. They moved my house furniture from Ireland to Liverpool.They offered me the best quote and their service was great.

Scott was very helpful and Flexible with my changing requests and did his best to accommodate everything I asked for. Both James and Scott followed up at every step and made sure service is delivered well.

Moving crew were professional and very caring, they made sure all furniture arrived safely and they delivered on time.
